Fix the part that failed
When a window or door stops working, it is tempting to think the whole thing needs replacing. Usually it does not. A door that drags needs rollers; a window that will not lock needs a latch or an adjustment; a draught needs a seal. Repairing the part that failed keeps the frame you already have, costs less and is done without chasing plaster or repainting.

Our 6-month guarantee
Our workmanship and the parts we fit carry a 6-month guarantee. If something we installed or repaired fails because of how we did the job, such as a roller, lock, seal or a pane that wasn't fitted correctly, we come back and fix it at no charge.
The guarantee does not cover damage after we leave: impact (a ball through the glass, children swinging on a door), break-ins, storms, misuse, or work done by someone else.
This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
